Arthur has worked with a variety of private, multiemployer, and public employers consulting on both retirement and retiree medical plans. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, multi-state and statewide Taft-Hartley trusts, and county and city employee retirement and retiree medical plans.
Arthur assists clients on a wide range of issues including plan design, mergers & acquisitions, actuarial valuations, benefit and cost projections, assumption studies, financial reporting (FASB, GASB, and CAS), and pension administration.
